When you feel nervous, perhaps in social situations, this can be very frightening especially if you feel vulnerable.  Hypnotherapy can help overcome these feelings by creating a safe place to visualise and explore these situations and look at why you are responding the way you are. 


Using solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, we can look at preferred ways of how you would like to respond in certain situations, helping you gain a broader perspective and a greater sense of resilience, whilst improving your confidence.


We can also tackle the unhelpful thought patterns, conscious and unconscious that may be sustaining and reinforcing your feelings of anxiety, altering them so that you approach situations with a different mindset.
